Udaipur, city in northwestern India, in Rajasthan state. Udaipur is located southwest of Jaipur near the border with Gujarat state. The temple and the palaces were built between the 16th and 18th centuries, after Udai Singh, the Rajput raja of Chittaurgarh (Chitor), made Udaipur the capital of the princely state of Mewar, when the Mughal emperor Akbar captured the previous capital, the Chitor fort, in 1568.

EXPORT PACKING:

TYPE OF EXPORT PACKING USED BY INDIAN HANDICRAFTS EXPORTS:

“Wooden Packed Carats” all items are packed & wrapped with Plastic sheets followed by 4 mm thermo foam sheets and fixed between 2.0 Cms thick thermo cols. After this packing the items are being packed in wooden Carats, then tied and banded with 18 mm wide steel strips thru machine. (Thereafter consignee and exporter’s addresses are painted on the carats)

“Full Wooden Packed Boxes” all items are packed & wrapped with Plastic sheets followed by 4 mm thermo foam sheets and fixed between 2.0 Cms thick thermo cols. After this packing the items are being packed in wooden boxes, then tied and banded with 18 mm wide steel strips thru machine. (Thereafter consignee and exporter’s addresses are painted on the boxes)
